Refunds:
If the event or tour is cancelled or postponed Petit Train Guernsey Ltd will offer two alternatives:
1: Transfer of ticket value to a later date
2: Full refund
We will do our best to inform all ticket purchasers via the email address and phone number provided if an event is not going ahead.
If the ticket purchaser chooses to not travel we do not issue refunds. Please contact us.

Petit Train Guernsey Ltd utilizes social media to promote its business.
By purchasing a ticket you consent to having your photograph or video taken. If you do not wish to appear in promotional/advertising material used on social media please inform a member of the train crew when boarding or if it is clear photos and video are being recorded. We will always ask permission for children’s images to be used and will not publish names without permission.
